I hope to god the jewellery shop give her some sort of reward, or at least buy her a nice cup of tea. (Notice how long it takes the rest of members of the public to buy a clue and realise that maybe they ought to be helping her?)
The footage is of three helmeted men smashing windows of a jewellers to get at the jewellery, whilst another three helmeted men wait on mopeds with the engines running. The staff of the shop are having trouble lowering the shutters, and are threatened by one of the men. An elderly lady in a big, bright red coat runs to the men and starts beating them with her handbag, driving them off, and when one of the men fall off she runs to him again as other member of the public run to help and detain the man by sitting on him.
