I haven't seen any spoilers myself, but I HAVE seen people on Tumblr complaining about other people posting spoilery things... I haven't paid a lot of attention, as I don't watch Doctor Who, but Tumblr isn't very big on etiquette.

You can also put the Flattr code manually in chosen Tumblr posts rather than making it create the button automatically for each post.
