I think I burnt out back in Janurary when my boss quit and we got the most incompetent relief manager imaginable. I've been hanging on in there in the hope it would get better with a new permanent Manager, but all that happened is we got a inexperienced Manager who continually blamed everything on being new and was happy to let me do his job. (He went AWOL a week and a half ago, and handed in his notice this week with no intention to come back to work but as of my last shift last night IT'S NOT MY PROBLEM!!)
